Dear Environmental Colleague:

The Association of Environmental Professionals Channel Counties Chapter has enjoyed a long standing relationship with students in undergraduate and graduate university programs in a wide range of environmental studies. Our Chapter Board feels strongly about supporting our future environmental professionals to maximize their educational opportunities to gather excellent skills for entering the environmental professional job force. The students have reciprocated by providing programs, and registration and logistical support at our Chapter events and statewide conferences. This has created a collaborative educational and networking opportunity for the participating professionals and students. As you can see, maintaining and nurturing this relationship is not only a benefit to the student, but also to our organization and industry.

Over the past several years, the Channel Counties Chapter has provided scholarships and awards to deserving students through use of our general funds generated from program revenues. Since we feel a strong relationship between students and our industry benefits us all, the CCC Board has developed the Ned Rogoway Memorial Student Scholarship Fund program to ensure annual funding to deserving students while also providing an advertising and recognition opportunity exclusive to contributors to the scholarship program. We would recognize your annual contribution and participation in the scholarship program in the following ways:

All individual, business and organizational contributors would receive recognition by the AEP Channel Counties Chapter in the following ways:

  • Benefactor level ($250): Would be provided a business card space on a dedicated scholarship recognition page in our quarterly Chapter newsletter.
  • Contributor level ($100): Would be listed by name/organization on the dedicated scholarship recognition page in our quarterly Chapter newsletter.
  • Listing as Scholarship Program Sponsors on Chapter Website with a link to your company’s website.
  • Free job announcement adds in Chapter newsletter and Chapter e-mails (website listings go through State AEP).
  • Special recognition/mention at all Chapter events and CEQA Workshops.
  • Amounts in excess of the above levels of contribution would receive special recognition, such as a feature article in the Chapter newsletter or certificate to be awarded at a chapter event.
